FAQ’s- Annual Subscription

When will my envelopes be mailed?
Envelopes are mailed during the first week of each month. Sign up by the 20th of the month to start subscription.

When will I receive my envelope? Can I track it?
Envelopes are sent via regular letter post (untracked). Domestic mail usually arrives within 1–2 weeks, while international mail can take 2–4 weeks. If your envelope hasn’t arrived within that timeframe, please reach out at alisaburke@gmail.com.

How does billing work for the annual subscription?
Annual subscriptions are billed one time upfront when you sign up. You’ll then receive envelopes each month for 12 months without any additional charges.

How can I update my address?
You can update your address anytime through the subscriber portal to make sure your mail goes to the right place. If you need help, email me at alisaburke@gmail.com

No problem! Just email me at alisaburke@gmail.com, and I’ll update your address before the next envelope is sent.

Are these original artworks?
The envelopes include reproductions of my original whimsical sketches, created exclusively for the club. Each piece is designed to bring magic, creativity, and surprise to your mailbox each month.

* What happens when my annual subscription ends?
Your Whimsy Mail Club subscription automatically renews every 12 months, so you don’t have to do anything to keep the whimsy coming! You will get a reminder before your renewal date, and you can cancel or change your subscription at any time if you no longer want to continue.
