NEW! Dark Botanicals Virtual- October 31st

Dark Botanicals: A Day of Gothic Gardening

Join me on Halloween for a day of dark, moody, and gothic art journaling! In this one day virtual retreat, we’ll explore the mysterious side of the botanical world as we fill our art journals with dark florals, unusual plants, poisonous botanicals and tangled leaves.

We’ll experiment with painting on black backgrounds, working in reverse to build color, light, and detail in unexpected ways. Along the way, we’ll explore a variety of botanical subjects, play with dark colors, and discover creative ways to bring our gothic gardens to life on the page.

This will be a day to experiment, play, and embrace your darker creative side!
