For the last few years I've always kept a tiny art journal on hand so I can quickly work through ideas. While I love working on large surfaces, I've discovered that creating small gives me the opportunity to finish a surface, a technique, or a composition in a short amount of time — and there's something so satisfying about that!

In this 30-day online tiny art journal class, I'll share some of my favorite techniques, prompts, and exercises for working in a small format art journal. We'll work through one lesson a day for 30 days, exploring how to create a petite journal and filling it with all kinds of mixed media journaling techniques — layering, collage, drawing, mark making, pattern, expression, and so much more.
