It's simply the class I feel like I NEED to make right now and the experience I want to put into the world.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eWe are living in a moment when it can feel easy to accept that things are simply the way they are. Doom has become so normalized that sometimes it can be hard to imagine anything else.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eBut I believe imagination matters, especially now!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eAs artists, we have a special tool at our disposal- the ability to take an idea, a question, or a possibility that doesn't exist yet and make it visible! We can imagine another way of living, another kind of community, another system, another world and begin to explore what that might look like!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eFor 30 days, I'll give you one small, fast, expressive drawing prompt each day. We'll use simple questions and creative prompts to explore what could be possible- sometimes fantastical, sometimes practical, sometimes completely unexpected.\u003cspan class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchor\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\"\u003eYou don't need to have the answers, and you don't need to know how to draw. You simply need to be willing to follow an idea and see where it takes you. We'll use fast, loose, playful mixed media drawing techniques designed to get you out of perfectionism and back into experimentation, curiosity, and a sense of wonder. Most prompts can be explored in 10-15 minutes, using whatever materials you love.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eAnd as the month unfolds, those little drawings will begin to connect.
