I’ve always turned to art when I don’t have the words, when emotions feel big, tangled or when I am experiencing joy, hope, or something meaningful. Over the years, I’ve discovered that working with color, making marks, smudging, letting ink run, or simply working from my feelings can open up space for release, clarity, and grounding.
In this 30 day class, I’ll be sharing 30 different ways to explore, express, and gently let go of emotions through art. Each day will center around a different feeling, like rage, grief, hope, or calm, and guide you through a simple, expressive prompt using everyday materials like watercolor, acrylic, ink, pens, and colored pencils.
This is a process-based class. It's not about results or creating something perfect, but about showing up honestly and using art as a tool to move what’s inside, out.
We’ll work through one prompt a day for 30 days, giving you a meaningful, ways to connect with your creativity and your emotions. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need a new outlet to express yourself, this class invites you to show up, feel, and let go.
No experience needed. Just a willingness to be present and explore.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I am not a therapist or art therapist. I am simply an artist who has used creativity to process, heal, celebrate and find power in my experiences and I want to share these things with you! While I can’t promise healing, joy, or resolution, I can promise you’ll walk away with simple and approachable ideas for using art as a way to express yourself.
